Loving Myself Where I Am, While Becoming Who I’m Meant to Be

Good morning, beautiful.

It’s February, it’s early, and I’m sitting here with you exactly as we are right now. I know how much you value growth, awareness, and becoming more of who you truly are. You’re almost always reaching toward your next level, your next version, your greater self. But this morning, I want you to pause. I want you to love yourself where you are while you’re on the way to where you’re going. Not the future version of you with everything figured out, not the one with the perfect answers, the perfect body, the perfect bank account, or the perfectly curated life — but this version. The one who woke up today exactly as she is.

This month happens to be my birth month, and that makes this reflection feel even more tender. So today, I want to celebrate the woman I am right now — and in doing so, invite you to celebrate the woman you are right now, too. The woman who is still becoming, still learning, still discovering what she enjoys and what she no longer wants to carry. You are just as magical in this moment as the version of you that has all the things you think you’re working toward. This present version deserves joy, softness, and celebration, too. If you spend your life only loving who you’re becoming, you miss the sweetness of who you already are. You miss the joy available in the in-between moments, and you miss the chance to feel satisfied while you’re still unfolding.

So for this month of February, I want to love all of you. The quirky parts, the challenging parts, the clumsy moments, the tender places, the side of you that gets it wrong sometimes and the side that eats chocolate ice cream at midnight just because it feels good. I want to love the parts of you that are confident and the parts that are still figuring it out. I want to love you so deeply and so intentionally that none of these sides feel like they need to be fixed, hidden, or rushed before they’re worthy of care and kindness.

This now moment deserves to be celebrated. This now version of you is worthy of devotion. Loving yourself here, in this present space, allows your life to feel fuller, sweeter, and more joyful no matter what you’re moving toward next. You are not behind. You are not unfinished in a way that disqualifies you from love. You are living, and that is enough. Right now is already amazing, already magical, already yummy — and you are already your most magical self.

Love always,
Your most magical self
